Refund policy

At Ammarì, we want your experience to be exceptional from the very beginning. That’s why you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition in which you received it: unused, sealed, with tags and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Please contact us at hola@ammarifragrances.com, indicating your order number and the item you wish to return.
Returns must be sent to the following address: Plaza del Canal, Edificio A, portal 4, Puerto de Sotogrande (11310).

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hola@ammarifragrances.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Subject to certain conditions, Ammarì offers free returns on all orders.
We will cover return shipping costs only if the bottle remains sealed.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure about a specific product, feel free to reach out before making a return request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with standard returns, the item must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
