Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

Ammari ships both nationally and internationally. We currently deliver to countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and other selected destinations.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at hola@ammarifragrances.com, and we will explore the possibility of shipping to your location.


2. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Order processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Spain: 2 to 5 business days

  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days

  • International: 5 to 12 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local holidays, or customs delays.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and depend on the destination and weight of the package.
The total amount will be displayed before completing the order.

Free shipping available in Spain only. Shipping costs outside of Spain may vary upon destination.


4. SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package.
Shipments are made through trusted carriers such as [DHL / UPS / Correos Express / GLS – update as applicable].


5. DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
Ammari is not responsible for delivery delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If an order is returned due to recipient absence, address error, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply.


7. DELAYS & LIABILITY

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
However, we will do our best to assist you in the event of any shipping issues.
