The luxury that gives back
what it takes.
Ingredients that rescue. Biotechnology that protects. An elegance built with awareness, drop by drop.
Each fragrance is born from ingredients chosen with intention, ethics, and precision.
It took us a year and a half to create our first two fragrances. Not because we didn't know what we wanted, but because we refused to take shortcuts. Every ingredient was evaluated not only for its scent, but also for its origin, its impact, and how it lasts on the skin and on the planet.
We work with DSM-Firmenich, a leading laboratory in Geneva, to ensure that our sustainability is not just a marketing claim, but a verifiable reality in every bottle.
The result is fragrances that combine cutting-edge biotechnology with natural and upcycled raw materials. An elegance built drop by drop, with awareness.
Upcycled Ingredients
Our fragrances are made from waste products that are normally thrown away. Fruit peels, discarded flowers, food industry byproducts—transformed into high-quality ingredients that reduce environmental impact without compromising the olfactory experience in the slightest.
Our lemon essential oil, for example, is obtained entirely from peels that the food industry would otherwise discard. Beauty born from rescue.
- 6 ingredients upcycled per fragrance
- Zero waste in our value chain
- Waste turned into luxury
Cutting-edge biotechnology
An innovative practice that avoids the exploitation of animals and plants without sacrificing the aromatic complexity that only cutting-edge science can offer. More stable, safer products with a radically smaller environmental footprint.
The sandalwood from Tierra de Sotogrande is grown from sugarcane through biotechnology, not from felled trees. The lavender is softer and brighter thanks to molecular processes that tradition alone could not achieve.
- 1–3 biotech ingredients per fragrance
- Without animal or plant exploitation
- Protected biodiversity
Essential Oils of natural origin
Highly concentrated extracts of aromatic plants that capture the pure essence of nature. Cultivated with respect for natural cycles, with certified origin, and with both olfactory and therapeutic properties that no synthetic substitute can fully replicate.
Between 6 and 12 essential oils coexist in each Ammarì fragrance, selected for their quality, purity and their ability to tell a story consistent with Sotogrande.
- 6–12 essential oils per fragrance
- Certified and traceable origin
- 55% renewable ingredients
What they ask us
Yes, absolutely. None of our ingredients are of animal origin or have been tested on animals. We work exclusively with plant-based, naturally derived synthetic, or biotechnological raw materials, all verified by our partner DSM-Firmenich.
This means it comes from waste products from other industries that would otherwise be discarded. For example, our lemon essential oil is extracted from peels discarded by the food industry. The result is a very high-quality ingredient with a radically lower environmental impact.
Quite the opposite. Biotechnology allows us to obtain aromatic molecules of a purity and stability impossible to achieve with traditional methods. Sandalwood from Tierra de Sotogrande, for example, is smoother, more persistent, and more consistent than sandalwood harvested by direct logging.
We work with DSM-Firmenich, one of the world's leading laboratories in sustainable fragrance, based in Geneva. Their standards for traceability, origin, and environmental impact are verifiable in every formula. We don't use sustainability as a marketing claim: it's part of the process from the very first ingredient.
Because we wouldn't compromise. Every ingredient was evaluated not only for its scent, but also for its origin, its impact, and how it lasts on the skin and the planet. We reformulated until each fragrance was exactly what we wanted it to be: uncompromising.
